We are finally emerging into spring from winter! I notice each and every new bud blooming. I can feel the warmth of the sun on my skin, hear the birds beginning to chirp and the days are slowly getting longer. It is that time of year that always gets me excited to get out of shooting hibernation and connect with some of my favorite clients!

I have been documenting families for over 15 years. Throughout the years, I have learned so many tricks of trade to keep little ones engaged and having fun all while helping the parents relax and make getting photos a fun and EASY experience.

The calendar is now open from March - June! There are a few weeks where the trees and flowers are blooming and the outdoors are filled with such beauty! Let’s incorporate that into your family photos!

What to expect

If you have thought, hey I need to do photos soon… take this as your sign, you DO need to do photos!

Whether you want to switch it up from your typical fall photos or just wanting photos with more of a greenery or year round neutral look….this is the perfect timing.

I know it may seem stressful to choose outfits, and the thought of making all of your children cooperate and smile at the same time is slightly maddening, but I will help you with every step throughout the process. My goal is to make this stress free and easy for you.

When it’s all said and done, and you have your photos in your hands, you will always have a little memory slice of your family during this moment in time.

What’s Included

60 Minutes of Shooting Time

We take plenty of time to allow for everyone to unwind and get comfortable, which in turn allows me to document your true family dynamic and love. We will not be rushed! We will have fun, let the kids play and interact, love on each other, and create photos that evoke feelings every time you look back on them.

Password Protected Online Gallery

You will be able to instantly view and download your images once you receive your gallery link. You can also share this gallery with family and friends. They will have the ability to view your session and order any prints, which is one less thing for your to worry about!

High Resolution Files

No need to choose which images you want to keep. I will be delivering the entire set of edited, full resolution images.

FAQs

What should we wear?

I will say, matching is not my favorite, but I always encourage my client’s to coordinate your family’s look. I know it is easier said than done, but try not to stress too much about wardrobe. Sometimes it is easiest to pick your outfit first, and then coordinate everyone else around YOU! Or if you have one adorable outfit you KNOW you want to include for one of your kiddos, then plan around that! I am always happy to help offer any input or ideas to make this as EASY and STRESS FREE as possible!

Do you offer mini sessions?

I offer full sessions for several reasons. I believe in spending time with my clients. This time allows us to capture more than just smiles, but we can capture moments and the essence of each child. The parents begin to relax after the stress of getting everyone ready and driving to their shoot, the children let their guard down and begin to show their true personalities.

It simply is not possible to capture the quality of images that my clients expect in 15 minutes, when there is another family waiting in the wings for their session. My goal is to provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and mini sessions leave everyone stressed hoping your kids cooperate to get every possible combination of photos. With that being said, I do on occasion offer special, themed mini sessions. Keep up with our email list to find out about any upcoming options.

What about the weather?

As we all know, weather in St. Louis can be a little wild to say the least. I have several make up days blocked off on my calendar should we have to reschedule due to inclement weather. We make these decisions the morning/afternoon of your shoot since the forecast can often be so very wrong.
